PROPOSED SCHEDULE March 28th & April 4, 1999 -- Advertise Request for Proposals March 29, 1999 -- RFP Ready for Pick Up April 7, 1999 -- Pre-Proposal Conference A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the James Park Community Center located at 1051 3rd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33705 on April 7, 1999 at 10.a.m. Although not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that all interested Proposers attend. April 14, 1999 -- Written Proposals due by 2:00 p.m. April 15-20, 1999 -- Review of Written Proposals Written Proposals will be evaluated by a Selection Committee using a point system that will assign values based on a Proposer's ability to demonstrate its capability to provide the requested services. The elements which will be evaluated are set forth in the RFP. April 20, 1999 -- Interviews with Proposers Interviews will be conducted with Proposers by the Selection Committee, if deemed necessary.
