Minimum order of 100 miles/maximum of 300 miles of surface blading(grader and laborer operation); minimum of 40 miles/maximum of 160 miles of ditch cleaning (grader and laborer operations); minimum of 1 hour/maximum of 100 hours of road opening (grader and laborer operation) and minimum 0 hours/maximum 20 hours of ordered mobilization (move-in & move out). Project consists of base year and one option year. Quote opening date has not been established, but is estimated to be in early part of May, 1999.
