Presoliciation Conference will be held on April 7, 1999 (9:00 AM Central Time) at the IOC Conference Room, Sixth Floor, West End-South Bay, Bldg 350, Rock Island Arsenal, IL regarding the 155mm M107 Projectile MPTS. It is intended that there will be a DRAFT solicitation issued on the World Wide Web on March 26, 1999. It is planned to disucss a firm fixed priced five-year multi-year contract prior to issuance of formal soliciation. The 155mm M107 HE Projectile MPTS is a hollow steel shell with an ogival shape and a boattail for aerodynamic efficiency. It is planned that this requirement will be restricted to U.S. and Canadian sources only.
