A five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract is contemplated. The minimum contract quantity is 3,650 each and the maximum contract quantity is 19,063 each. The first year ordering quantity is 3,650 each, F.O.B. destination to Texarkana, TX. The estimated ordering quantity for the second through the fifth year is 2,900 each. Initial delivery with First Article Testing will be 3,650 each by 330 days after award, with subsequent monthly deliveries of 3,650 each. Initial delivery without First Article Testing will be 3,650 each by 300 days after award, with subsequent monthly deliveries of 3,650 each. Only approved sources who have successfully completed the required engineering test(s) will be considered for award of this part.
