The NAWCAD Aircraft Support Division at Patuxent River, MD intends to procure: engineering design, engineering analysis, modification and test of the ADS-18 primary and secondary radar arrays. This requirement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract. The anticipated award date is 13 July 1999. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the proposed award on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with L3 Communications Randtron Antenna Systems, 130 Constitution Drive, Menlon Park, CA 94025.
