The Integrated Support Command Kodiak currently uses a VHF Tsunami Warning Siren System, and is needing to purchase critical spare replacement parts for existing system. This includes an AL-4000 Elec-Siren 115 DB 24 VDC, AL-4000-EC-1600 Electronic control 24 VDC-1600W- 120V- I Phase, and additional hardware kits. Since this is the only authorized company to provide the interchangeable parts for the existing system, the Coast Guard has determined that competition is not available. If no responses are received within fifteen (15) days with sufficient information to determine to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with American Signal Corporation.
