This research grade gaseous xenon solicitation will be for 1 basic year and 4 option years. This will be a requirements type contract. The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) for the 5 year period is estimated at 338,700 standard liters. FOB point is origin delivered in contractor owned containers. There will be a separate rental charge for the containers. Container sizes are 100, 1,000, 2,000, 3,600, 5,000, and 100,000 liter containers.
