DSP-4000); two (2) fibertest adapters (Part Nr. DSP-FTA410S); two (2) digital multimeters (Part Nr. Fluke 8060); and two (2) atm network analyzers (Part Nr. Oc3-p2s). No RFQs or RFPs will be issued other than this notice. If other than Fluke equipment is proposed, details, specifications, and/or descriptions shall be submitted along with offeror's quote.
