Correction: The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Western Watercourse to conduct a conference involving peer review, pilot studies and evaluation of the effectiveness of the "Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide" in order to meet the National Environmental Standards. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The proposed action is for services which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the services that will satisfy the agency requirements. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Any firms believing they can conduct the conference involving peer review, pilot studies, and evaluation of the "Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide" utilizing the guidelines as set forth by Western Watercourse and that meet The National Environmental Standards, may submit concise documentation which supports the ability to furnish the required services for consideration by the Bureau of Reclamation. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responses received within 5 days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
