The US Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to perform Base Operating Support Services at approximately 140 small US Army Reserve Centers throughout the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. The services, which may be required, are janitorial, grounds maintenance, pest control and preventive maintenance. The proposed contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract including a base year and four yearly options. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 8744, Base Maintenance Services with a size standard of $20 million. It is anticipated that this procurement will be an 8(a) set-aside. Please note that this is a Sources Sought notice; therefore, no solicitation is available at this time and no contract awards will be made as a result of this notice. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted in response to this sources sought request.
