V -- HELICOPTER FLIGHT SERVICES IN THE FLORIDA EVERGLADES SOL 99ARA001 DUE 041699 POC Sam Stivison, Contracting Officer; phone 208-387-5761, fax 208-387-5780; sam_stivison@oas.gov The Environmental Protection Agency intends to conduct field surveys in the Florida Everglades using an Aircraft Rental Agreement issued by Office of Aircraft Services (OAS), US Department of the Interior. The surveys will require use of two helicopters (Bell Jet Rangers or equal) on fixed floats. The dry season survey is scheduled for approximately 5/4/99 -- 5/19/99 and the wet season survey is scheduled for approximately 9/14/99 -- 9/29/99. Approximately 80 hours flight time is estimated for each survey period. The standard terms and conditions of OAS Aircraft Rental Agreements will apply with no additional guarantee. Any small business FAA Part 135 Helicopter Operator not presently on an OAS Aircraft Rental Agreement interested in competing for this requirement should contact the OAS Contracting Officer for consideration of establishing an Aircraft Rental Agreement for these particular projects.
