The Government anticipates negotiating a 51% Buy Indian sole-source acquisition with the Shoshone Bannock Indian Tribe in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47 and current tribal government resolution. Construction of approximately 4,560 meters of new 300mm water main and appurtenances, 1,250 meters of 200mm water main and appurtenances, 1 master meter vault, 16 new fire hydrants, approximately 33 service line connections, asphalt repair of roads, borings under a State highway and two railroad crossings. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 90 calendar days. The estimated range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
