Work will include: Brick veneer, new handrail system, new conversion refinished metal roof system, renovate bathrooms including finishes, fixtures, all room finishes, fixtures, including common spaces; lounge, kitchen, laundry and storage. Electrical and mechanical systems, will be revised, updated and completed; all in strict accordance with specifications and drawings for Project No. 94-1021 R/R -- performance period is 360 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Option if awarded include: Replacing two-pipe with a four-pipe system. Contractor will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the solicitation and amendments and downloading them for their files.
