N -- MODIFICATION TO EXISTING BOA SOL N68335-97-G-0217 DUE 041599 POC Kathleen Kiley-DiPietro (732) 323-5197 NAWCADLKE intends to issue a Modification to N68335-97-G-0217 an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Tech Resources Inc (TRI) 1 Meadowbrook Drive, Milford, NH 03055-9707. The purpose of the proposed modification is to provide services in support of the E-2C Aircraft. The support required is as follows: 1) Procure two (2) Multiband Portable Signal Generators. TRI is the only know source with the knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform this effort. Firms that recognize and produce the required items are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition base don the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. SEE Note 22.
