Box 1075, Olympia, WA 98507. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to assist the HIV/AIDS Bureau in identifying existing gaps in services provided and offered under Title II of the Ryan White CARE Act. The contractor shall: use a pre-designed study and methodology to examine and analyze Title II programs and prepare a proposal for performing this project; perform the data collection; perform an analysis of the data; prepare a draft and final written report and prepare a briefing on the project. Results, Incorporated is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is twenty weeks.
