The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for a design-build project to install a berm with a culvert and dredge a pond on the NIST site located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The pond is less than one acre. The contract period of performance for the final design documents is 105 calendar days, and the construction is 210 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of the contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business (SIC 1629 and $17M). See numbered Notes 1 and 26.
