The estimated release date for the draft solicitation is 21 APR 1999, with the final solicitation to be released NLT than 21 MAY 1999. The revised estimated quantities are as follows: FY 2000 -- 358,000 each, FY 2001 -- 239,000 each, FY 2002 -- 219,819 each, FY 2003 -- 216,097 each, and FY 2004 -- 149,856 each for a estimated total for all 5 years of 1,182,772 each, C2A1 Canisters. The maximum ordering limitation of 3,600,000 each for all 5 years remains unchanged. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies wil not be provided.
