The Navy requires repair of four electron tubes, National Stock Number (NSN) 5960-01-005-8995 and repair of three electron tubes NSN 5960-01-174-5572. These are FMS assets and this will be a sole source procurement to Litton Systems, Inc, Williamsport, PA. The tubes shall be repaired to the documents of manufacture (for NSN 5960-01-005-8995 that is Litton drawing 2887374-1 Rev AC and for NSN 5960-01-174-5572 that is Litton drawing 3232335-1)to a ready for issue serviceable condition. The tubes shall be tested in accordance with the latest approved Acceptance Test Procedure specified in the drawings, with inspection and accepted at origin. Quality assurance shall be in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. The contractor shall propose a delivery schedule for consideration by the Government. Delivery shall be FOB Origin with the tubes shipped to a designated freight forwarder via a collect commercial bill of lading. No formal request for quotation will be issued.
