The U.S. Army CECOM under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) proposes to acquire through negotiations with Northrop Grumman, AN/VIC-3 Installation Kits and major assemblies to integrate additional Vehicular Intercommincation Systems (VIS) into various platform vehicles and provide sustainment support for the fielded systems for the next five years. The AN/VIC-3 provides the commander and crewmembers of the Army's fleet of combat and combat service support vehicles a high reliability, noise free digital intercom and radio access communication system. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Type contract. See Numbered Note (s) 22 and 26.
