Ware, 618-229-9590 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Procurement Branch (DTS42) intends to issue a sole source contract to Allen Systems Group, 1333 Third Avenue South, Naples, Florida 34102, for the acquisition of software license/maintenance for the following proprietary product: JCL Prep Software. This software product will be installed on equipment located at the AC-Columbus. Period of performance for the maintenance is 5 Apr 99 through 4 Apr 00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest within 3 days of this announcement.
