The procurement includes the following: Annual RapidScene Software maintenance and upgrade, Annual EaSIEST Modeling Software Support Service, and Annual ESIG4000 Hardware Maintenance Support. The period of performance for this agreement will be 1 April 99 through 31 Mar 2000. Award of any source would result in duplication of costs that are not expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements.
