in consequence of market survey RFI TN 99-09, which appeared in the
Commerce Business Daily on March 15, 1999. The United States Department
of Labor's Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy has a
requirement for the performance of a case study of the labor market
conditions and educational barriers faced by children engaged in
agricultural labor in the United States. The period of performance is
anticipated to be one year. The Government will make one award.
Offerors must submit written requests for the solicitation, and those
requests must reference the solicitation number (RFP L/A 99-11).

request through the mail. The Government will consider proposals from
