The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain production and all associated planning and management services for two HIV/AIDS Training satellite broadcasts which will be delivered to all chosen health care providers. The services shall consist of all logistics required prior to satellite transmission such as providing the core list of downlink sites, securing a studio/transmission time, etc, developing scripts and video lead-in, and ensuring in-studio work is complete; production of the satellite transmissions, and follow up with all post-production responsibilities. The period of performance is one year with two one-year option periods.
