McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems (MDHS), 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797. This effort involves the modification, testing, analysis, and correction of interaction issues arising form the installation and operation of a High Frequency (HF) radio. Per FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) source. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal, however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to the contracting officer for consideration in this or future requirements.
