Project locations are to be either Jacksonville, FL; Miami, FL; or Los Angeles, CA. Vendor is to provide all equipment, materials, labor (except on-screen talent), location, and sets to shoot a Government-provided script. The crew is anticipated to consist of but is not limited to one video DP camera/video engineer; one audio technician; 1 gaffer; 1 grip; 1 teleprompter operator; one PA/Make-up. Anticipated equipment includes but is not limited to camera, field playback deck, wide-angle adapter, O'Connor fluidhead, sticks, spreader, wheels/dolly (f or each of movement from set-up to set-up, pipe dolly (for tracking shots), three wireless microphone transmitter/ receiver packages, one hand-held boom microphone plus any filters/screens required, grip truck. Grip truck will include but is not limited to one basic DP kit of 8 -1000W lamps, standard reflector kits and scrims, shiny boardsand all C-Stands, high hats, butterflies, barndoors, sandbags, rope, gaffer's tape, clamps, etc. all standard gaffer supplies. This purchase is being made as a commercial item using simplified procurement procedures as described in FAR Part 13. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about April 5, 1999.
