The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for real estate property sales closing services on single family (1-4 unit) homes located in Suffolk, Norfolk, Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable, Dukes, Nantucket and Berkshire Counties in the State of Massachusetts. The offeror must demonstrate experience in sales closings of such properties. This will be a fixed price indefinate quantity contract with a minimum of 50 closings and a maximum of 500 closings for the base contract period of one (1) year with options to extend for two (2) additional one year periods. Offerors must have a valid license to perform closing services within the State of Massachusetts. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8111 and the size standard is $5.0 million. See Numbered Note 1. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 15 days from the date of this notice.
