E-MAIL: Patrice Lee, lee.patrice@andrews.af.mil. Provide Medical Transcription Service to be performed on-site at Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. Service will primarily consist of transcribing outpatient and inpatient documentation, informing providers of delinquent operative reports. Transcribing and typing shall be taken from highly specialized medical dictation, Clinical Information System (CIS)/Composite Health Care System (CHIS) documentation or handwritten notes. Solicitation will be a small business set-aside. Applicable Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7338. Acquisition is to be accomplished using commercial practices (FAR Part 12). Performance shall adhere to requirements contained in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The period of performance is twelve months with four (4) option years for a total of five (5) years. The Government reserves the right not to exercise the option. The closing date and timefor submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the solicitation and all amendments off the EPS Webb page.
