Design Services and Project Management needed for an interior design package and manage the subsequent renovation of the administrative and personal spaces of four (4) locations at the Defense National Stockpile Center (DNSC) depots located in Baltimore, MD; Point Pleasant, WV; Somerville, NJ; and Warren, OH. The contractor will provide all required labor, equipment and materials. All locations will require redesign of existing break room spaces and kitchen facilities (equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, conventional stove/oven and portable water & sink). Design strategies must optimize and enhance the use and appearance of existing spaces. Designs will principally address furniture, flooring and wall finishes. Design plans for space renovations must be achievable without accomplishing work that meets the definitions of "Real Property Maintenance" (RPM) or "Construction" (minor or major) as defined by the Federal Government.
