Bumbray, (703) 875-6067, Fax (703) 875-6085 The Department of State,Office of Acquisition Management, Washington, D.C. has a requirement for contractual services for trash and debris collection and removal from five separate locations: Main State Department Building, National Foreign Affairs Training Center (NFATC), Blair House, Beltsville Information Management Center (BIMC) and the International Chancery Center, (ICC). The addresses of the individual facilities are all located in the Washington metro area. The specific addresses of these facilities are identified in the solicitation document. The successful contractor shall provide all management, supervision, manpower, material, supplies and equipnment (except as otherwise provided) and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The contractors bid price for conventional, debris, and container services shall include all dumping and disposal fees, which are in effect from the time of receipt of the bids or proposals. Additional fees, which may be imposed by the county or municipality after the time set for the receipt of the bids or the proposals, will be paid by the Contractor. The Contracting Officer will adjust the unit and or the monthly contract to reflect the increase in dumping fees after receipt of substaintiation from the county or municipality to verify the increased fees. The contract type contemplated is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity for the period of 1 base year and four, 1-year option periods.
