The US Army Community and Family Support Center (CFSC) is issuing this solicitation for the development of a consolidated Armed Forces Recreation Center (AFRC) Hotel in Garmisch, Germany thorugh a public-private partnership. The new hotel would replace all current AFRC operated lodging facilities in Garmisch and Chiemsee. A three to four hundred room facility is anticipated and would be located in the City of Garmisch. CFSC is seeking private capital to fund this project and therefore, desires an obligation on the part of the offeror to develop a project business plan to provide for the financing and development of the all facility requirements through the partnership sturcture.
