This project includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the installation of backflow preventers in the potable and fire protection water service lines to the facilities. In general, the work consists of installing double check and reduce pressure backflow preventers at existing buildings. Outdoor installations will require an enclosure. Bid opening date of 25 May 99 IS ONLY AN ESTIMATED DATE. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency.
