The U S Postal Service is seeking suppliers for the following seals. PS-Item 0817A, SEAL-TIN BAND, NUMBERED, BARCODED and ORANGE IN COLOR. PS-Item 0817C, SEAL-TIN BAND, NUMBERED. These seals are used to secure truck doors, pouches and other containers in such a manner that openning the door or container necessitates the destruction of the seal. The USPS will be entering into a 10 year agreement that will require between 8 and 15 million of each type of seal per year.
