This is a notice of an intent to sole source a requirement for a web-based software to support the activities of an emergency occurence center (EOC). The software selected is WEB-EOC, manufactured by Emergency Services Integrators (ESI), 699 Broad Street-Suite 1011, Augusta, Georgia, 30901. This office intends to purchase 3 EA WEB-EOC licenses; 2 EA "Third Party Software (Tango Enterprise);" customization of 5 Status Boards, installation; and training. Use of this software requires the purchase of only 3 site licenses (2 for Internet and 1 for Intranet), thus eliminating the need for buying a license for each individual personal computer. The Internet/Intranet licenses allow ease of access to EOC information by other DOE sites as well as other U.S. Government agencies.
