70 -- DOCUMENTUM SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SOL NMA201-99-R-0003 DUE 041699 POC Lynn Brannan, Contract Specialist, 301-227-7843 National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) intends to award a sole-source procurement for Software Maintenance for one year to DOCUMENTUM Inc of Pleasanton, CA. The COTS Document Management Software Suite developed by DOCUMENTUM includes WorkSpace, SmartSpace, DocPage Server, SmartSpace Intranet, ViewSpace Intranet, Client API, Replication Services, Rite Site, Auto Render, and Doc Page Builder. Software maintenance includes phone and technical assistance in resolving technical problems with the operation of the Documentum software, and provides software upgrades as the upgrades are released. Authority for sole source procurement is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a synopsis of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with DOCUMENTUM and no solicitation shall be issued. Responsible sources who are interested in this procurement may respond by providing clear and convincing information that identifies their capabilities.
