The equipment system shall be on-site assembly of a relocatable dry-dock elevator system with a capacity of 10,000 lbs. The equipment shall be new and unused. The elvator system will be used to trasport freight and personnel through the dry-dock area. The requirement shall include on-site operator training, on-site maintenance training and aseembly and start-up services. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be scheduled at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, HI. The date of the site visit will be announced in the solicitation. The contract shall be firm fixed price. The equipment is a commercial item.
