Clarifications to the Brassboard Overhead Spectral Sensor Specification (BOSS) PRDA are now located on the AFRL Wright Research Site Contracting homepage at http://www.wrs.afrl.af.mil/contract/. They are intended to clarify that proposals submitted in response to the BOSS PRDA are permitted to be classified up to Secret if offerors determine that classified proposals are necessary to convey required information. Hard copies of the proposals are required. In addition, the "Potential Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI)" provision is amended to clarify that offerors shall provide a summary of pertinent information about their previous or ongoing work that is in any way associated with the contemplated acquisition. The summary shall be sufficient for the Technical Evaluation Team to determine if any restrictions, other than those listed in the provision, will be required for any contract(s) resulting from this PRDA.
