Kewley, Contracting Officer Purpose of this inventory is to identify, record, & evaluate for the National Register of Historic Places all historic & prehistoric properties within the inventory areas. Data derived from this project will be used for compliance with the requirements of the National Historic Preservatin Act and the Archeological Resources Protection Act. Project has approximately 7,504 acres to be inventoried. This solicitation requires a technical and cost proposal. The technical proposal will be evaluated in accordane with the following factors; 1) technical approach, 2) past performance, 3) experience, and 4) cost. Project is located on the Pactola/Harney Ranger District, Pennington County, SD, Black Hills National Forest. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
