USA Intelligence and Security Command is seeking qualified sources capable of completing products for intelligence production for Forces Directorate of the National Ground Intelligence Center. This effort involves collection of terrain, hydrologic and climatic data for dissemination as studies that describe the current physical environment of a geographic area. This analysis involves describing the natural terrain (surface configuration, soils, vegetation), climate (air masses surface temperatures, precipitation, relative humidity, visibility and fog, storm systems, climatic effects on military operations), hydrology (drainage characteristics, surface and ground water resources), and military considerations of terrain (limiting factors of terrain, avenues of approach, terrain conditions affecting cross-country movements, and coastal terrain). The contractor shall deliver a written report covering each area above along with maps of each (can combine elements where logical). The dissemination of intelligence information in an electronic HTML and PDF format method to support the needs of the Military Capabilities Study program is critical.
