A/E Firm to provide professional services for Project No. 814CM3015, Construction of Concrete Storage Bins and Fence Repairs at Keokuk National Cemetery, 1701 J Street, Keokuk, IA. Work consists of: designing two concrete storage bins, 12' X 30' X 5', each with manually operated cover (similar to horizontal coil garage door); Repair and paint ornamental iron fence and flag pole; and add six watering stations with piping. A/E team should include the disciplines necessary to do this type of work. Applicants must have an established working office within 500 miles of Keokuk National Cemetery of sufficient size and experience to accomplish this project. Interested firms desiring consideration are encouraged to submit Standard Forms 254 and 255, as well as up to ten (10) examples of past projects of this type, to the issuing office by June 5, 1999, or within thirty (30) calendar days from date of appearance of this announcement, whichever is later. Selection will be based on the following criteria: 1) Experience of the firm and individuals in this type and scale of work; 2) Location of the firm within the specified geographical area; and 3) Previous experience with proposed subconsultants in accomplishing this type of work.
