The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) seeks to contract with an experienced and qualified Contractor to produce and provide clear and concise personalized statement of benefits booklets to each of approximately 2900 OCC permanent employees and executives. The Contractor must customize each statement to reflect the value of an employee's benefits based upon salary, length of OCC and federal service, age, and other relevant factors. The Contractor must also be available to periodically meet with OCC staff in Headquarters offices located in Washington, DC. Any purchase order issued as a result of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will include a base quantity for the current year and an optional quantity for next year's requirement. RFQ No. CC-99-Q-0046 is anticipated to be released on or about April 15, 1999, and the anticipated award date of a purchase order is May 30, 1999. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the OCC but preference will be given to offerorswith experience with both federal and non-federal employee benefits experience.
