THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking to identify small business sources to provide wire service transmission of press releases to news media, throughout the United States, with special emphasis on reaching Washington, D.C.-based reporters covering federal agencies and policy. The service must link to the Associated Press Washington Report. The service must include placement of HHS press releases on a computer bulletin board, so that journalists working away from their offices can access the information. HHS also requires a television news summary be provided from the previous evening's network news shows. Prospective offerors should submit capability statements that address the requirements listed above and list recent (last two years) experience in providing such services to government clients. The applicable SIC code is 7383. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to identify potential small business sources only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal.
