63 -- CLOSED-CIRCUIT CAMERAS FOR CHILD CARE CENTER DUE 052199 POC Samuel Thompson, (334) 953-4291, fax (334) 953-2198 Sources sought to provide and install closed circuit cameras with wall brackets and accessories, to integrate into existing system, add video tape recording capability to entire system and playback in the director' office. The system will be located and used at the 42d Services Squadron's, Child Care Center, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama. The requirements are listed below. At a minimum the system must be user friendly, and integrate into the existing system where multiplex monitors are located at the front reception desk. Quantity is 17 each black & white 1/3" camera, 17 each lens cable, 17 each light duty mounts, 2 each Alltronics Multi-Camera power supply (up to 12 cameras each), 4 each 16 channel black & white multiplexer (view up to 16 cameras on 1 monitor, one to be located in the director's office for offline viewing), 4 each Sony168 hour VHS recorder (record each multiplexer activity to be located in the director's office, 6 each video input cables to connect to multiplexers in front to one in back, 1 each video output cable from multiplexer in back to VCR, 1 each keyboard in back to switch between multiplexers LTC8554, Allegiant software LTC8559 to be used on PC in office, 1 each 100 foot connection cable from front to back office. Any vendor possessing the necessary expertise and resources is invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience (including current customer contact names and phone numbers) and other pertinent data (including GSA contract information) within 30 calendar days from the date of this publication. Any literature, or information submitted, as a response to this notice, must contain enough information attesting to the capability of the product offered to meet 42d Services Squadron's requirements. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided.
