The service shall include but not necesarily be limited to the following: Mortuary services shall include services, supplies, cremation, and transportation. Services shall commence 1 October 1999, or within 10 calendar days after receipt of contract award, whichever is later, and continue through 30 September 2000. This contract contains an option to extend the term of the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. All responsible small business concers may submit a bid which will be considered.
