The BATS II contractor shall prepare, review, evaluate and verify written scenarios for the Business Acceptance Testing System (BATS) package. The contractor shall review the scenarios for accuracy and proper application of existing tax law, Internal Revenue Service procedures, rulings and other legal guidelines. The BATS II contractor shall analyze return scenarios developed under a separate contract for the Business Acceptability Testing System (BATS I) package provided by the IRS.
