(WBB) (1600 Spring Hill Rd, Vienna VA 22182) on behalf of the Office of the Undersecretary of the Navy. The order will provide analytical support to a high-level Navy-Marine interoperability study that needs to begin immediately in order for its results to inform current budget initiatives. WBB is the only known source that can provide the necessary support immediately. WBB has a clear understanding of key Defense programmatic and planning issues, senior operational anf programmatic exerpertise, and recent experience in various aspects of individual and joint Service plans. Other vendors would require a lengthier "learning curve." The period of performance will be from date of award through 31 July 1999.
