Resulting solicitation will invite Invitation for Bids (IFBs) for Erosion Control and Drainage Improvements, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Work shall consist of roadway grading, shaping, modifications, shaping of road shoulders and ditches to include ditch and bank stabilization with vegetative cover and riprap. The contractor shall be responsible for seed bed preparation, lime and fertilizer application, seeding, mulching, and anchoring of mulch as required to establish vegetative cover. Also, contractor shall be responsible for application of erosion control measures, to include the placement of silt checks and/or fabric fence as specified. The magnitude of the project is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is subject to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988; therefore, will be solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. Subsequent award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. SIC is 1629/$17.0 Million. For the purpose of determining small business status for this requirement, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17.0 million in order to be considered a small business.
