The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-98-G-001A with Raytheon Systems Company, PO Box 92426, Los Angeles, CA 90009, to provide AN/APG-73 Radar upgrade Phase II kits. Raytheon Systems Company is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the AN/APG-73 radar, and is the only known firm possessing adequate existing knowledge, facilities, tooling, and special test equipment to produce the RUG Phase II kits in a timely manner.
