Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, material, and transportation to remove, dispose, and install new Base Electronic Message Display in front of Bldg 1118. Contractor shall remove and dispose of old message center, install and connect new message board, to include power disconnect. Contractor shall provide power conduit, disconnect switches, power hook-up to display location, power will not exceed 120/108 3-phase, with 7,680 maximum wattage: also provide electrical breaker panels to be located at the base of the message display center. The contractor shall provide a minimum of a one (1) year warranty for the repair or replacement of any failed electronic components and all details related to costs and services pertinent to the warranty. A factory Technician shall be on-site during installation of the message center to assist with: (1) Complete signal hook-up (2) Test and provide 100 percent operational system (3) Train Shaw Air Force Base personnel to operate and maintain the message display system. (4) Provide Shaw Air Force Base with all technical data and specifications necessary for the base to complete their responsibilities. Contractor must notify the Electrical Superintendent (Gary Danner (895-2104)) and Quality Assurance Evaluator (SSgt Mike Braga (895-9711)), prior to start of work.
