Box D, Yuma Arizona to negotiate on a sole source basis with U.S. Filter, 4116 Sorrento Valley Blvd, San Diego California for the purchase of a previously leased Memcor Model 3M10C MF micro filtration unit with three individual modules which contain 15 m2 of 0.2 micron pore size polypropylene hollow fiber membranes. The micro filtration unit will be provided in as-is condition with three new membranes, 1 each backwash energy dissipation tank including 200-gallon capacity polyethylene tank and drain valve, 1 each backwash air supply system consisting of the following: 1 each 100%, 2 HP, Atlas Copco or dayton Reciprocating air compressor 7.5 scfm @ 175psi c/w 80-gallon backwash receiver and 1 each 100% process air coalescer and membrane filter/housing assembly, 1 each membrane module test fixture with pin repair kit, 1 sonic analyzer, and two days of training.
