(541-465-6506) (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation number R6-18-99-316 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). (III) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-08. (IV) This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses with a Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code of 1442, with a size standard of 500 employees. Other forms referenced herein are required to be completed and submitted with all quotations. (V) Offeror must provide price quotations as follows: (1) Price per ton and total lump sum price for 3,400 tons of 1 1/2" minus well graded crushed rock delivered and tailgate spread on Forest Road 2025, Sweet Home Ranger District, Willamette national Forest, Lane County, Oregon, as designated by Forest Service officials on the ground. (2) The contractor has 10 days after receipt of the award to deliver the crushed rock to delivery site.
